Eric Prengel
Eric Prengel is a senior retail strategist specialising in merchandise planning,
product architecture and operational transformation for global fashion and lifestyle brands.

He has worked with leading international businesses including Ralph Lauren, Kate Spade, Kenneth Cole, Marc Ecko, Ted Baker and NYDJ, helping organisations strengthen planning disciplines across retail, wholesale and e-commerce channels.

Anton Pershin
Anton Pershin is a fashion technology and applied AI executive specialising in trend sensing, merchandising intelligence and retail planning transformation for global fashion businesses.

He founded an applied AI research lab focused on helping brands translate trend, consumer and competitive signals into better decisions across assortment planning, demand forecasting, allocation, replenishment and broader supply chain and commercial planning.

Emily McCarthy
Emily McCarthy is a creative trend consultant specialising in colour strategy, cultural insight and future-facing product direction across fashion, home and lifestyle.

With over a decade of experience, she has worked at the forefront of trend forecasting and retail strategy, holding roles including Global Colour Strategist at WGSN, Innovation Lead at Notonthehighstreet and Senior Trend Forecaster at Trendhub by BDA London.

Fiona Coleman
Fiona Coleman is a trusted adviser to global brands and retailers, known for her expertise in future trends, colour, and materials. She combines creative vision with commercial insight to help organisations anticipate change and turn it into a competitive advantage.
During ten years at WGSN, she led multidisciplinary teams across fashion, interiors, technology, automotive, and beauty, building particular expertise in activewear, colour strategy, and the evolving kidswear landscape.
Her international experience includes work with brands such as Amazon, Unilever, Paul Smith, Liberty, Marks & Spencer, Next, Uniqlo, and Salomon. As President of Intercolor, she collaborates with a global network of experts to develop seasonal palettes that guide product development and market trends, reinforcing her authority in colour.

Anja Joubert
Anja Joubert is a trend strategist specialising in cultural insight, futures thinking and opportunity-led innovation across fashion, lifestyle and retail.

With 15 years of international experience, she has worked across media, e-commerce and global trend intelligence, including building the trend function at Superbalist.com and contributing to WGSN in Hong Kong. She is known for her ability to connect emerging shifts with real-world application, translating insights into clear direction for product, design and strategy.

Her work bridges creative and commercial thinking, helping brands identify what’s next and develop ideas that are both culturally relevant, brand aligned and commercially viable. She partners with businesses to uncover growth opportunities, inspire teams around change, and guide the development of future-facing products and experiences.
